About Us

Kaleidoscope is a dance club for 7th and 8th grade boys and girls living in and/or attending school in the Arlington Independent School District.

The purpose of Kaleidoscope is to give students the opportunity to meet new friends from other Arlington Junior High Schools; to expose them to a well-mannered, large social function in a safe environment; and to give back to our community; all while having lots of fun!

Each year, three charities are chosen to receive donations from club members. The charities and donations are specific to each dance scheduled. Last year, Kaleidoscope donated a total of $2,000 to local charities.

The maximum number of club members is held to 800 students – 400 7th graders and 400 8th graders from all over Arlington. Members are selected by invitation only. Invitations will be mailed in mid-September.

We hope you will share our enthusiasium and will appreciate the invaluable opportunity for your student to take part in these supervised and fun social events.
